We really liked Brad for our semi-annual service. He not only efficiently handled everything but asked us about power surges and suggested surge protectors, which we felt were cheap insurance for our system. He is the first tech to suggest that and we appreciate it.

Brad was really thorough and very nice. It was great that he asked my husband about putting in safety surge protector circuits. Then he came inside and told me my husband agreed and then asked me if it was ok and gave me the price. It made it easy for me to say yes, absolutely.
