Alex was super friendly, knowledgeable, and identified the issue quickly. He even had the replacement part on hand ready to install. He even got here a few minutes early (which I super appreciate because of a busy work schedule). I was pretty impressed with the price too. Expected it to cost WAY more. We will definitely go through Hendricks again for our AC needs.
