I was referred to Hendrix after having some on and off again issues with my heat pump and have had no heat since Friday. With the cold weather coming up, I was scrambling a little! From the first phone call to schedule my appointment to the moment the technician Seth left my house, nothing but an amazing service. This project - from beginning to end - was, without a doubt, the best experience I have EVER had with contractors of any type. Sean Skipper, in his initial inspection / evaluation of my home, was extremely through and very informative. My house has some non standard quirks that he was immediately on top of. His recommendations for what I needed were well thought out and presented in a manner I could understand (I was not Heat Pump conversant). The installation team were fast and efficient. They were mindful of the cats I have and were very careful to keep them secure inside - this is a Big Deal to me. They answered questions and, again, further enhanced the experience with Hendrix Heating.
