Tech was very thorough and had knowledgeable answers for all my questions. Greatly appreciated them coming out next day for seasonal service after had major issues with getting current service provider to come out even though I had been paying them a monthly fee.

I was referred to Hendrix after having some on and off again issues with my heat pump and have had no heat since Friday. With the cold weather coming up, I was scrambling a little! From the first phone call to schedule my appointment to the moment the technician Seth left my house, nothing but an amazing service.
