We had Chris and Jarod out to replace our furnace and some ductwork. They arrived on time and courteously introduced themselves and got right to work. They worked tirelessly all day on one of the hottest days of the year, and had everything done before 4:30. They kept a very clean workspace, and you wouldn't know they had been in our garage.

Hendrix Heating and AC were fantastic! Quick, efficient, kind! I appreciate the communication in sending tracking info so I can see when the tech was coming. As well as sending text confirmation of the appointment and a picture of the technician coming. I am a female home with 3 small children at the time of the appointment so I appreciate the safety aspect of being able to confirm who was coming into my home was the right person! He wore shoe covers into the house-I appreciate the thoughtfulness! Worked quickly, communicated thoroughly, and fixed the problem! Thank you!
