Mitch is a nice person as well as highly competent. My bichon also warmed up to him immediately. 😁. Mitch let me know that next year the compressor may need to be replaced which is helpful.

Tech was great, did a fine job. No mess, easy, friendly. Was surprised at the bill, would suggest that HH provide an estimate next time so Im not surprised.

Technician was professional and courteous, as usual with Hendrix, did some extra work for me (swapped out thermostat), communicated well, professional all around. Obviously I can't attest to how well he cleaned my heat exchange system, but I have a lot of trust in Hendrix. I am skipping the quality of service rating because I am not qualified to judge maintenance work.
