James and Chris replaced my old heating and air system with a new, more efficient model. They were personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. They did a great job. Afterwards, they cleaned up impeccably, and even helped "socialize" our new puppy. Very good experience, start to finish. Besides this, the Hendrix office staff--particularly Marnie--kept me up-to-date with every detail. She even provided us with the after-install schedule (inspection). She's top notch.
