Our tech was great. We have Hendrix do annual maintenance on our home. Our tech fully went through and checked everything. Even to make sure we had carbon monoxide detectors. He fully explained everything he did as well. Excellent service!

Ductless heat pump annual check up

Alex showed up to do the first year inspection and service right when we were told he would. He was pleasant, professional, and polite. The inspection showed that the outside unit needed leveling and he called for help and gravel and quickly resolved the problem. So glad we had Hendrix install the heat pump for us. Highly recommended!!
