The most thorough technician we’ve had! Offered to go under the house to check for rodent damage to duct system, found damage, came out from under the house, asked if we wanted it fixed and how much it would cost, we said yes, he fixed it. We’ve never had anyone offer to go under the house. We have excessive dust in our home. He explained his reasoning for taping the filter down; in the past, filters were just set on the furnace by the technicians.
