We were happy to have Hendrix Heating install a new system for us. We now have a heat pump that replaced a very old one. Their quick response to do the work was great. The crew was efficient in getting the new installation done, explaining how it worked. We would definitely recommend them.

Our heat pump is more than 10 years old and Hendricks has provided annual cleaning and maintenance . We get the very reasonably priced annual contract . They initiate setting up an appointment at a convenient time for us, reminding us about it and giving us a two hour window of time during which the tech will arrive. The techs have been polite, industrious and willing to patiently answer questions. . A time or two we needed an additional visit for understanding management of our “smart” thermostat. Extra visits were provided without complaint. We appreciate the hassle-free service Hendricks has provided!
