The technition (Henry), was new to us, but seemed very competent. There was a problem that was causing the system to not run properly & not only fixed the problem, he took the time to explain what was going on and answer all our questions patiently.

Alex came right out, the same day I called and took a look at my non-functioning AC unit (during the dog days of Summer…) he knew right what was wrong, explained a little about my unit, had the replacement part on hand and fixed it and cleaned it, all within 30 minutes. The only thing that could have been improved was not charging me for a whole hour of service but that’s the company not the service tech.
