My AC stopped cooling on Sunday so I sent a message to Hendricks and got a call back first thing Monday morning! By 2pm Monday my AC unit was cooling again 😊 The technician found a loose wire so I only had to pay the flat service fee 🙏🏻Thank you Henry!

The technition (Henry), was new to us, but seemed very competent. There was a problem that was causing the system to not run properly & not only fixed the problem, he took the time to explain what was going on and answer all our questions patiently.
