Please read this entire review - We have always had excellent service from the tech’s. They are always respectful, considerate and know what they are talking about. My review is only of the technicians. As for the original sales person that sold us the heating and cooling, I would give him one star for not giving us all the information that we needed and complete and total lack of communication. Also, when I spoke with one of the owners in regards to the lack of information that ended up causing us to delay installation of our cooling and heating system by a month and having to endure some extremely hot weather which we were trying to avoid having to go through because we have a very aged person in the house with health issues, she was less than customer service oriented. If we could have not gone with Hendrix we would have but it was too late and we had no choice. Again, the service technicians are always amazing, the owner not so much and sales people… not so much.

Good Morning; As much as we appreciate your review of our technicians, we also take very seriously the mention of a less than favorable experience with our team. We've looked into the experience you mentioned and will be contacting you personally, but want to briefly share that although there was a delay in your install of a few days, it was due to the fact that the closet that was to be renovated prior to our arrival had not been taken care of. Although this happened over a year ago, we can tell that it is still a point of frustration and we truly don't wish these kinds of circumstances on anyone, especially in the middle of summer.
