My tech did a fine job, as far as I could tell. But $240 for an hour of work is too much. That is rocket science money. A perfectly good filter (that I replaced three weeks ago) was swapped out and tossed; the outside unit was washed, and the condenser drain was scrubbed. That is all work I can do myself. I'm sure he did some additional testing that I am not qualified for, but still. I paid an additional $25 for next year to get a 15% discount for parts that probably won't be needed. That, and in consideration of the total cost of the unit itself (expensive), leads me to reconsider signing up for annual service. Communication, scheduling, and follow-through were all outstanding. I think one hour at $240 is way too much. I made $60/hr in my full-time salaried technical job and $150 as a consultant, just for some perspective.

Obviously there are issues you're displeased with and we invite you to reach out and let us know how we can resolve this for you. Also, just to make sure you're aware, any licensed HVAC company can perform your system maintenance, so if you don't feel like we're the right fit for you, we'd be happy to refund the membership fee you paid for this next year's contract. Pleased with the service. Both technicians were pleasant and professional. Three units were serviced and special attention was paid to drainage issues on two of the units that required some creative engineering. Price was as originally quoted. We would recommend Hendrix's service to anyone. Doug
