Not a complete inspection

We appreciate the friendly customer service and quick service. Unfortunately, the tech that came out did not get all the information needed from the front office because we told them to enter the maintenance room and they did not do that. It cost $170 for an inspection that wasn’t even complete. The tech that spoke to us on the phone could also work on his ability to relay information to us, it was confusing and not that helpful.
