Hendrix appointment went super smoothly! The technician was right on time and we're glad everything is running well for our HVAC.
This was a preventive maintenance visit. Colton arrived on schedule, letting us know he was on the was before he arrived. He told us what he was going to do and the access that would be needed. He worked diligently. At the end he reviewed what he had done and what he had found. when there was a question about billing, he immediately called the office and resolved it immediately. At all times he was friendly. He left with nothing for us to clean up.
Brad was efficient, helpful and thorough. My husband had become confused about the filter changing process, so Brad went over it with him. Brad really seems to love his job and to know, absolutely, what he is doing. We felt quite confident regarding the servicing of our heat pump.
Mitch was professional and thorough in his work. Appreciated the time he took to check things out on our furnace.

We have a heat pump plus a back up heat strip. The technician was unable to test the back up system because he didn’t have the special tool necessary to manually start the system. This is VERY unfortunate and should not be repeated in the future. Other than that everything was fine.
Jaimeson did a fabulous job. He arrived on time, conducted the many inspection tasks and gave us a clear helpful explanation. We continue to be happy working with Hendrix.
This review has nothing bad to say about Mitch, our technician. He did the best he could. But our Fujitsu heat pump system (3 mini splits and one outside condenser unit) has never worked properly. We bought it from Hendrix in 2018 and it is still under warranty for parts, but not labor. Last year a whole team of techs came and spent all day investigating a coolant leak, said it was an installation problem that they fixed, and did not bill us. The units continued to under perform the next winter and summer. This year they spent most of 2 days and could not fix the problem. Our labor bill was over $1,000. We really question why Hendrix recommended this system in the first place. The reviews are terrible online. And we were unhappy that we had to pay the labor costs when the problem was not fixed. So I would advise anyone to look at online reviews of HVAC products before investing so much money in one. The heat pumps seem to me to be finicky, pricey to service and repair, and actually did not seem to save us on utility bills over our gas furnace. Disappointed is an understatement.
