He seem to know what he was doing ! My unit sounds better than it ever have explained how and why he was doing everything looked wonderful and clean when he left 👍 I was very satisfied with him ! Your price is getting more than I can handle ! Being a senior citizen it's so hard to keep up I realize everyone has to make a living but it's putting more of us seniors on government!

Excellent customer service. We finally got a heat pump and the ability to cool the air in our home during hot summer days which is a game changer for us. Everyone at Hendrix heating made the process smooth and easy. Sean took care of all the paper work for the state and federal incentives so that it all felt easy. All the employees worked hard and gave clear explanations of the process and costs. If you are on the fence about getting a heat pump, now is the time to do it, and Hendrix is the company to install for you.

The technician arrived promptly as indicated by text. He was knowledgeable, professional, and noticed that the AC unit lacked a surge suppressor. He also made adjustments to safely accommodate power from a generator. In and out in less than two hours.
