Mitch was friendly and helpful. He explained the problem and had my repair complete and heat back on in a half hour! This is why I stick with Hendrix; despite an extra fee for travel to Dallas, I see it as an investment in my home because I have full confidence in their quality work and service professionals. I could call someone local but would not have the peace of mind I get by sticking with Hendrix.

My system needed an annual service but was also making some banging noises. When the scheduler heard about the noises she scheduled me within a few days. My tech was Isaac and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated receiving a text in advance of his arrival as well as a picture of him. He quickly resolved the cause of the bangs, performed the annual service, and reviewed tips with me on efficient use of my system. I 100% recommend Hendrix Heating and Isaac!

Hendrix Heating was able to install our new furnace ahead of the scheduled install date when our 25 year-old furnace quit. I called Friday morning, and the furnace was installed Friday by mid-afternoon. Marnie worked her scheduling magic, and Adam and Logan got us up and running.
