Henry appeared methodical and thorough in his maintenance procedures, returning our inside temp settings to their original level after necessary adjustments he needed to make to conduct his maintenance routine. He also provided us with the option of installing power outage sensors which we declined at this time. His wearing of shoe coverings while traversing inside the house was appreciated.

Brad Kerry’s visit was one of professionalism, educational de#crioti9ns of procedures, and ease of communication. He was methodical, wore protective shoe cover and mask while in the house. He answered all my questions re. the thermostat settings. Hendrick’s is certainly privileged to have Brad on its technical team, especially one wit( a physics degree from UC Berkeley!

We decided to use a ductless heat pump in 2015 and have been so glad that we didn't have to use the wood burning stove to warm our home anymore. When it became obvious we needed an upgrade in power for the living area with an 11' ceiling, Sean recommended the upgrade for the initially targeted rooms. Hendrix put in a larger and more efficient model--then installed the older unit in the laundry room so we could open all the doors--which accomplished universally comfortable temps in 6 rooms. We love our two heat pumps and the expert installation and maintenance Hendrix has provided.
