Sean is caring and thoughtful Hendrix should be very proud to have someone like this as a representative. James our service person was very diligent and also thoughtful. He custom reworked our original Colman door to use. I just put on a Trane sticker over the Colman so it looked like factory. The Trane product is so quiet and smooth vs our old Colman.
