Amer Khudher is a very courteous and skilled professional. He arrived promptly on time as scheduled and provided various helpful answers and explanations to questions that I posed. He suggested actions and remedies that I could take to make my system function more efficiently. He seemed genuinely eager to be working for Hobaica and was very knowledgeable about Hobaica products and services. He performed a full checkup of my A/C unit including optional equipment attached (ionizer) and showed initiative by also repairing a small wiring defect he found on my A/C unit during the checkup.
