Performed bi annual inspection on a wine cellar refrigeration system. Cycled system in cooling and checked refrigerant pressure, electrical, motors bearing, amp draws, runcaps, coils, temperature, condensate drain and pump down operational. Found system is operational properly within manufacture specification. Performed plumbing inspection. Checked and exercised all angle stop valves. Tested water pressure supply to the house is 60 PSI. Found the two angle stop valves for wet bar plumbing
