2006 gas 50 gallon water heater is leaking and pilot light is out. Needs replaced. Customer may move and declined 10 year warranty and tankless hot water. Started draining water heater and will return same day. Installed new 50 gallon gas tall professional grade water heater with new flue riser, new water shut off valve and new water flexes, new gas shut off and new gas flex and new water heater pan underneath and piped to drain. Back on and heating now. As courtesy I lowered AC condensate line closer to the floor drain.
