We arranged for Hobaica to flush and safety check our gas hot water heater (for the first time since we installed it in 2014,) as well as to check out and maintain our aging air conditioner. Technician Ken B. Performed both services in a very professional and courteous manner. He was very helpful in explaining what he did as well as how what type of systems we have. He answered many questions for us. He also provided video of our a/c, so we could see exactly what issues he addressed (age/weather-related wear on our connectors and fan blade inefficiency.) He also showed us video of the air leak we have between our elbow and unit, which we did not know about. We didn't have to climb on the roof! This was our first experience using Hobaica services. We were impressed with their service, customer care, and will use them again in the future.
