Perform pcp 3 unit maintenance. Checked electrical and mechanical controls. Inspected compressor operation and refrigerant pressures. Inspected and tightened electrical connections. Checked outdoor fan motor and bearing. Inspected outdoor coil. Inspected indoor blower and air handler section. Checked drain pan systems operating properly at this time.
