Performed Precision Tune-Up on a 2020 American Standard Silver 2 ton unit. FAU located in balcony mechanical closet. Client had replaced 16x25 filter prior to arrival. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature split, Freon levels, cleared condensation line from FAU, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out in range. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working at manufacture specifications in cooling at this time of service.
