2021/ 4 ton Performed a semi annual cooling service on American standard split heat/ POV. Replaced 20 x 30 filter/ceiling. Cycled equipment followed cooling sequence of operation check refrigerant/temperature split checked capacitor, fan motor, compressor, amps and voltage. Secured and clean electrical connections at condenser and fuse box. Cleared condensation line from outside. Rinsed condenser coil. Ecobee thermostat checked out OK. Cooling equipment. Checked out operational at this visit..
