Performed annual cooling maintenance on (5) 2012 carrier r410a split systems. Changed (7) filters. Cleared condensation drains. Cleaned outdoor condensing coils. Cleaned out condenser electrical compartments. Honeywell 6000 thermostats working properly. Checked refrigerant charges and temperature splits. Checked amps and volts. Checked start and run capacitors. Found master bedroom 40uf compressor capacitor at 2uf , recommended and replaced to prevent breakdown. Made sure all panels are labeled for reference.
