Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2021 American Standard Gold 5ton unit and a 2015 Rheem 1.5ton casita unit. Client had replaced 20x30 and 20x20 filters prior to arrival. Left behind filters. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitors, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, cleared condensation lines, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out in range. Thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working at manufacture specifications in cooling at this time of service.
