Performed a cooling maintenance on a 3.5 ton condenser unit. Checked sequence of operations by performing a split temp to check refrigerant levels was getting a 19 degree split at this time. Checked all electrical components winch as run capacitor and compressor amps. Run capacitor rated at 50 was getting 47 would recommend changing out capacitor before next summer as well as install a hard start kit to help with compressor amps. At this time system is cooling down house properly. Blew out condensation line from outdoor drain pipe located next to unit as well as washed out outdoor unit. Tennent Also already has a full box full of 18/24 does not need any at this time has already over 20 filters at this time.
