Comfort ac service on 2010 American standard split system. Fau located inside closet, condenser on west side of home. Flushed condensation line from the fau and at the outlet. Washed coils and filters. Checked all ac components and refrigeration levels. Blew out electrical compartment. Advised client on age and life expectancy. Advised on smart thermostat and water switch.
