Performed cooling maintenance on 2022 carrier split system. Furnace is located in attic/access office. Verified ducting was secured and attach the system and in good condition, verified proper operation for water, safety switch, system has a safety pan. Cleared condensation line, took temperature split at supply and return, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked, capacitors, found systems, starting amps exceeding specifications, recommended installed and tested a compressor saver kit to prevent any further damage to compressor and internal windings, assist compressor at start up and prolong life of compressor. Verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and cycled system thermostat checked out OK, with recommended repairs system is now within the manufacturer specifications and cooling in operating properly at this time of service. Also educated client on IQ products. I will send over estimates.
