Upon arrival found system, calling for culvert only blower operating, upon further inspection found low-voltage short/ exposed line from wire nuts, connecting condensing unit, removed bad wiring and reconnected, changed out fuse at circuitboard, also found 55 µF capacitor well out of range installed new 55 µF capacitor and tested system. Checked volts and amperage system is now calling in operating properly at this time of service. Informed client of Hyde’s comfort plans.
