Renewed maintenance plan. Cooling service 2012 carrier equipment. Washed coils, cleared drain lines, replaced filters. Verified sequence of operation is operating properly at this time. Fan motors operating though advise are leaking oil and are past life expectancy, recommend replacing fan motors and capacitors due to common parts to fail on equipment over 10 years.
