Service on 2004 equipment. Replaced filters, washed coils, cleared drain lines. Found bedroom system drain pan rusted and evaporator coil plugged, water has been leaking into electrical department also sighns of mold. Verified equipment is operational in cooling though advised is in very poor condition well past life expectancy. Fan motors are leaking oil, capacitors out of range. Equipment has multiple potential breakdowns due to age. Advised on options and rebates available for limited time. Highly recommend replacing equipment to avoid continuous costly breakdowns.
