Performed cooling maintenance on 2017 Lennox split system and 2022 Amana split system. Furnaces are located in outdoor closet. Next front entrance and garage closet filters are located within filter, racks, changed filters, cleared condensation lines at Jones valves, verified proper sequence of operation, checked the volts and amps, checked capacitors, found Lennox system sn 1686 to have starting amps exceeding specifications and low on R410A refrigerant, recommended installed and tested compressor saver kit to prevent any further damage to compressor and internal windings, and assess compressor at start up and prolong life of compressor, also added 2 pounds of refrigerant to bring system back to specifications, informed and had client sign refrigerant form. Washed condensing coils, both thermostats checked out OK. Will monitor refrigerant levels on Lennox. With recommended repairs both systems are now within the manufacturer specifications and cooling and operating properly at this ti
