Upon arrival stated living area system s-6f1x not cooling and has error codes. Error codes stated outdoor unit cooling stages not matching. Found proper outdoor voltages. Found no error code on outdoor unit. Checked installer set up. Put system into test mode and system came on. Error code stated to factory reset and system should re communicate. Stated if it doesn’t control needs to be replaced. Factory reset twice and same issue. Installed new 1050 thermostat. Removed old thermostat from clients app and connected new thermostat. Client stated he has 10 year part and labor with continued maintenance.
