Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2016 American Standard Platinum 4ton heat pump. FAU located in indoor closet. Replaced 20x24 filter located in upper living area wall. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature split, Freon levels, cleared condensation line, rinsed condenser coils, and found no error codes on CDA. 1050 thermostat checked out operational. Surge protectors still operational. System is working at manufacture specifications in cooling at this time of service.
