Preformed a tune up on the 2023 system. Unit is working good at this time.
Installed new float switch. Old float switch was doing the opposite
15.2 SEER2 AC and Single Stage Furnace. Installed new full system. Installed new thermostat. Technicians performed an A/C start up and a Furnace start up. Customer is keeping there same filter situation. Filter sizes- 14x24x1 and 16x20x1. System works great at this time. Customer would like a thermostat that has an auto mode for a 4 degree swing.
AC maintenance followup to Check refrigerant levels since it’s a warmer day and not raining, Checked the refrigerant levels they looks great has to add a little bit, Went through air conditioning maintenance checklist and System running great at this time.
Installed New 18SEER/17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed Heat Pump and Two Stage Heater with Variable speed fan, Installed New Media Filter Base 25x20x5, Installed New Outdoor Rubber Pump Ups, Installed New Disconnect, Installed New P-Trap as well as Easy Klear and SS2 Water safety switch, It’s a bit chilly and Rainy will come back on a warmer day and when it’s not raining to install new disconnect for the upstairs system as well as Checked Refrigerant Levels again, System works great at this time.
Air conditioning repair visit. Found the downstairs Lennox and Trane heat pump unit low on R22 refrigerant as well as the indoor unit Is over amping. The reason for the main breaker at the pole tripping is due to a bad old breaker. The upstairs Armstrong air unit on the roof is working fine at this time. Scheduled future AC repair visit to address issue with proper components.
