I arrived for a new customer system replacement on a home they are expecting to add on another 700 sq ft to the back of the house and relocate the indoor system to the add on section. I inspected the home with the homeowner and found that we will have to increase the size of the system due to the house increasing in size. We would also need to change the duct work due to the old ductwork is undersized for the new system and will not be long enough to reach the new location of the system. I also bid a mini split installation in the front sun/porch room. The homeowner still needs to get the foundation set and the add on dried in for us to come back and inspect the framing to make sure we have enough space to install the system where they want it. Our bids are good for 30 days but we are happy to reassess the bid through your building process.
