Installation Summary – Peerless Oil Boiler with Riello Burner We installed a new Peerless oil-fired boiler equipped with a Riello burner. The installation included new supply and return manifolds, a new relay control, and a new water feeder and backflow prevention combo, along with all necessary piping to connect to the existing supply and return lines. A new smoke pipe was installed from the boiler to the chimney, and new oil lines were run from the existing oil tanks to the new boiler. Upon completion, we tested all system safeties and performed a combustion and draft test to verify proper operation. The system is functioning as intended. At this time, the home does not have Wi-Fi service, so the Nest thermostats are currently inoperative. To ensure safe operation, we installed a temporary non–Wi-Fi thermostat in the main living area.
