We installed a new Ideal boiler, performed a gas leak check for 3 mins and observed no pressure drop. We also measured gas pressure during operation of the boiler and during standby. Both pressures are wi5in specifications. Efficiency was observed at 98% at low fire. We purged all heating loops of air and verified zones were circulating. We performed a combustion test at high and low fire, both levels fell within manufacturer parameter. We tested the condensation pump and it performed as designed, the system is running well at this time. We had to remove the water heater during the boiler installation. The water heater was installed with pex piping from the main lines to the water heater. When we re-installed the water heater we piped both the hot and cold lines with copper. We filled the water heater, purged air from the fixtures and verified it was heating. The water at the fixtures is hot at this time.
