Removed the existing shower valve and installed a new homeowner-supplied 3-way shower valve with rain head, side sprayer, and tub spout. Added necessary blocking to securely support the valve, sprayer, shower head, and tub spout, ensuring solid and reliable operation. Per homeowner request, the old shower bar was removed after advising that removal would leave two visible screw holes. The homeowner chose to have the holes filled with silicone only. Noted that the previous plumber had drilled two holes for the tub spout and left a large gap filled with silicone. Assisted the homeowner in selecting a suitable tub spout finish ring to cover the exposed area (as shown in photos). The homeowner has ordered the part and will install it upon arrival.
