-Upon arrival tech found multiple issues throughout the system. Toilet in basement bathroom was running by. To address this tech replace flush valve. Tech replaced flapper style valve with canister style valve. Tech also replaced tank to bowl gasket. New handle is needed. Tech did not have correct one available. Return visit is necessary. -Tech also found that basement bathroom lavatory trap was extremely corroded and the pop up assembly was broken and stuck in the closed position. Tech removed 1-1/4” chrome traps with new tubular plastic trap to prevent future corrosion. Tech also replaced tank pop up assembly and tailpiece. -tech proceeded to check the utility room. Tech found that the constant pressure pressure tank was water logged and softener had not been serviced for a long time. Tech removed and replaced. 2 gallon pressure tank, removed and replaced injector and screen in softener, adjusted settings, adjusted time, and replaced 4x10 sediment filter with customer supplied se
