Arrived onsite to evaluate a propane boiler and HVAC system. The home has a 24-year-old Peerless boiler, a 19-year-old Rinnai tankless water heater, a mini split, and a central A/C system. The boiler has multiple issues and significant corrosion on the piping. I informed them that we can service the HVAC system in the spring. They also expressed interest in adding heat to two sunrooms. We discussed several options, including baseboard heaters, room heaters, and mini splits. They decided they would like estimates for replacing the boiler and water heater, as well as for adding heat to the sunrooms. We will follow up to schedule a consultation.
