Shower Valve: -The shower valve is not functioning properly, possible due to a worn cartridge, resulting in low cold-water pressure. We replaced the existing cartridge with a new Delta 1991 model in an attempt to restore proper water flow and ensure reliable shower performance. -The water supply was shut off and the system fully drained. The valve handle and cartridge were removed, and the water was turned on slightly to test flow from the valve body. We observed minimal flow from the cold side and normal flow from the hot side, indicating a probable internal valve failure. The valve body was cleaned, and new springs, seats, and a Delta cartridge were installed using appropriate lubricant. After restoring water service and testing operation, there was no improvement in fixture performance, confirming a valve failure requiring full replacement. Tub Spout: -The existing tub spout was difficult to operate and not functioning as intended. We replaced it with a new chrome top-lever style sp
