Performed annual maintenance on the oil-fired boiler. Replaced the nozzle, oil filter, and pump strainer. Brushed and vacuumed the boiler and smoke pipe. Checked all system safeties and verified proper operation. Conducted combustion and draft tests — results were within normal operating range. During inspection, noted that several sections of the zone manifolds are showing significant corrosion, though no active leaks were observed at this time. The system is currently operating properly, and all functions are as they should be.
