-Upon inspection, the existing shutoff valves were found to be worn and not functioning properly, posing a potential risk of leaks or water damage. The valves were replaced, and the customer-supplied faucet was installed to ensure reliable operation and improved water control. Scope of Work: -Disconnected water and drainage connections and carefully removed the pedestal sink from the wall. -Removed the existing faucet, drain assembly, and pop-up mechanism. With the water supply off, unsoldered and removed the existing shutoff valves. -During water isolation, the hot water shutoff valve for the water heater began leaking from the valve body/core. This valve was replaced with a new quarter-turn ProPress valve. -Cleaned all related surfaces thoroughly, including the pedestal, sink bowl, copper piping, and adjacent wall areas. -Installed new compression-style quarter-turn shutoff valves with cover sleeves and bell escutcheons. -Restored water service and performed a full leak test — no le
