Arrived to inspect a possible plumbing leak in the main eye care area. Upon inspection, no active plumbing leaks were found in the ceiling. Flushed the toilet and ran the sink in the apartment directly above, with no leaks observed. Above the stained ceiling tile, there is a 3/4” copper 90 fitting that is very corroded that appears to be part of the baseboard heating system in the bathroom. It is likely that the fitting drips when the heat is turned on, though the heating system is currently off. The office will contact the customer to schedule a visit from a heating technician to inspect the baseboard loop.
