Pulled and reset a toilet that was slightly rocking. Found tank bolts to be finger tight, so they were properly tightened. After resetting the toilet, it is now secure and no longer leaking. Applied a clean bead of caulk around the base for a finished appearance. Tested operations — everything is working as it should with no leaks present.
