Repairs according to the inspection report: 1. Repipe electrical pipes at the corridor next to the pool, pool equipment room and underneath the stair. Approximately 40ft on the wall and 30 ft underground. 2. Remove (2) empty junction boxes and conduit in pool equipment room 4. Install (5) screws of main panel cover in meter room 5. Install (1) cover for timer in meter room 8. Identify and label all condenser disconnect boxes 9. Replace (5) broken low voltage conduits of AC condenser units Permit fee will be passed through customer if needed Note: Work in pool equipment needs to hold until the roof done. We warranty all work done base on inspection report.
