Dear customer Thank you for choosing our service We perform basic maintenance for (2) AC package system, below is the report — AC #1 Location: front office Condition: in good condition, Freon is enough as manufacturer required Filter: 20x20x1 in good condition, recommend change it every month — AC #2: Location: main lobby Condition: one compressor is broken and no Freon in the system. The other compressor is working but will not be able to keep up with the heat when in summer.
