WO 201113-00272 Problem: AC unit C-1 is not cooling. Temperature reads 86 ( please check all units in C building for proper operations) Make : Carrier Model : FA4CNC048 Serial : 0307A87748 Type : Air Handler Make : Carrier Model :38CKC047300 Serial : 3301E15141 Type : Condenser Tech Notes : Found outdoor unit not running . Upon further inspection found run cap with bad mfd. Replaced run cap 50mfd and added 3 lbs of 422d replacement. Unit are in bad shape but still functioning at this time. Bad filters as well 22x22 x1 . Other unit are running accordingly at this time Solution : Replaced 50mfd Capacitor and added 3 lbs of 422d replacement gas. Replaced Filter. Checked all other units. All other units are working well.
