Upon arrival noticed two units with no power. Turn breaker at buss duct electric panel & units kicked on. Package unit running but in bad shape evaporate coil is dirty and has dust everywhere it also needs at AX35 belt a coil cleaning also system on cooling 2nd stage . For existing split system 7 ton in Bay #2 Unit slight under charged charged two lbs of 410 unit now has subcool of 12 degree . Completed check unit is cooling will need adjustment with returns since we eliminated Bay #1 ductwork to separate system. Also survey Bay #1 curb and a/h possible location & where we will cut in roof jack and stand.
