A) Warehouse Area * Replace existing 7.5-ton system located on warehouse area. Installation of one new 7.5-ton America standard RTU to match exist curb. * Including new motorized damper, programable thermostat and dual cut off safety overflow switch. * Installation of one new duct system for 7.5-ton system with minimum duct drop down and 5 grilles in the plenum. * Return drop down with screen mesh. * System will have included one smoke detector on supply side with key station. B) Office Area * Installation of one (1) new Goodman 5-ton RTU including new curb, electric heater, programable thermostat, motorized damper, PVC drain and dual cut off safety overflow switch. *System will be ducted to existing supply and return main lines going to east offices. We will add total of 3 return drops. Permits & Inspections included. NOTE: All roofing penetrations, repairs, engineering (if needed) by owner. NOTE: Subject to building department review and approval.
