Replace nine (9) rooftop AC disconnect switches rusted out. Replace pool panel in equipment pit with new Panel (standard WP) and circuit breakers. Install grounding wire to swimming pool rail and ladder and section of fence with pool pump and pool heater. Owner responsible to cut and patch pool deck to hide ground wire. Permits and inspections for pool wiring / grounding are included. **Additional work not part of original contract as follows*** Cut concrete pool deck from hand rail and ladder to brick fence in order to conceal insulated copper ground wire. Patch with either concrete or caulking to hide wire and seal cut in concrete deck. Cut concrete around stainless steel ladder / rail leg in order to make connections. Patch in the same manner. Note: Painting is not included.
